Popped in on a busy weekend, we got seated right away for 5. Service was good, and food came out fast. I had a white Christmas beer and enjoyed it, had a cherry wheat and it was ok. Had the Bavarian pretzel, absolutely loved it and all of the dippers it came with. I ordered the orange chicken lettuce wraps for an entree, and they were very good, except the lettuce wasn't too crisp. It was hard to eat like a taco so I just used a fork. Great flavor. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food as well.
A fun venue offering a wide variety of dishes and delectable beers. Always a great place to meet friends or celebrate special occasions. The vibe is fun, this is especially during the summer when the crowd is rocking. Can be loud at times, however this is do to it's well deserved popularity. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

The highlight for me was the chicken Parmesan sandwich--it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and the marinara sauce added just the right amount of flavor. The bread was fresh and held everything together nicely. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. I highly recommend NYBP for anyone looking for good food and a welcoming vibe!
I recently returned to the New York Beer Project after some time away due to past disappointments, and I'm thrilled to say my experience this time was fabulous! Our server, Nick, truly made the evening special. He was energetic and personable, accommodating our party with ease. His recommendations for food and drinks were spot on, enhancing our visit tremendously. If I could have Nick as my server every time, I would happily return just for the five-star service he provided. Highly recommend giving this place another shot!
The food at NYBP is always great! Such an array of choices and I've yet to go wrong. We stopped in since it was WNY Restaurant Week. Couldn't beat the deal they had. My absolute favorite app there is their huge Mozzarella Logs. (One is already missing from the photo.) They are so delicious. My friend recommended the Buffalo cauliflower, and she didn't lead us astray. Tasted like a good Buffalo boneless wing. For my entree I ordered the seasonal Beef Birria bowl. A good amount of spice. Lots of ramen. The beef was so tender and had so much flavor. Of course we also had some beer and dessert Our server was great. He was so personable, made great suggestions, and cracked some good jokes. We will definitely be back!
